My months in Taiwan during March to July 2016 were mostly spent either undergoing surgery or recovering from it. So, I only have one new photo to add at this time, but I'm including a bodhisattva as well. Both were in a mountain temple in the far north of the island and taken in late June.
Between August 2015 and now (March 2016) I have continued working in Taiwan and took a energising holiday in Bali. I would like to share a few Buddha images taken during this time.
Since March 2015 until now (August 2015) I have been working in Taiwan. Here are some Buddha images taken during this time around western and central Taiwan and Penghu Island.
Between July and December 2014, I worked in northern Myanmar (Burma). The photos below include images from Yangon (Rangon), Mandalay, Lashio, Sagaing and Bagan, as well as some lesser known towns leading to Mandalay and along the Burma Road to one of the northern borders with China at Muse.
In early 2014 while living in Singapore, I found a few local temples with striking images of the Buddha. Also, when travelling to Yogyakarta in Indonesia I was able to see beautiful images at the historic sites of Borobudur and, to a lesser extent, Prambanan temples.
During 2012 & 2013 I travelled to Bali and moved to Singapore. Here are a few additional pictures of our Lord Buddha from these places.

As I continue my travels I plan to post images of the Lord Buddha here. Where possible I will include details of locations, etc.
My hope is that these will serve to remind us of the Buddha's life and achievements and as aids for our own journey along the Path.
